If you have a question that is not answered here, you are welcome to contact us at* [*servicecenter@aabvejle.dk*](mailto:servicecenter@aabvejle.dk). ### Your temporary stay at Hotel CABINN ##### Where will I be staying? You will temporarily stay at Hotel CABINN Vejle, Dæmningen 6, 7100 Vejle. Your stay will begin on 30 August 2026 and is expected to last until no later than 17 October 2026. AAB Vejle will let you know as soon as we have the final date for when you can move into NOVA Living. When you check in, you will receive an envelope from AAB Vejle. It contains your access key fob for Bomuldsspinderierne (including access to the laundry facilities and STUEN), as well as a key to your mailbox. You will find your mailbox on the construction fence by NOVA Living at Spinderigade 22A. Please remember to check and empty your mailbox, even though you have not yet moved into NOVA Living. The envelope also contains an activation code for the laundry facilities, a map of Bomuldsspinderierne, and a map showing the walking route from the hotel to Bomuldsspinderierne. ##### Which address should I register? You must register your address as the NOVA Living apartment stated in your rental agreement – even though you will temporarily be staying at Hotel CABINN during the first period. ##### How do I check in at Hotel CABINN? You can check in from 3:00 pm on 30 August 2026. The reception is open 24 hours a day. If you expect to arrive after midnight, please inform the hotel no later than the day before your arrival. When you check in, you only need to provide your name. ##### Is my room cleaned? Yes. Your room will be cleaned every four days. ##### How often are the towels changed? Your towels will be changed when your room is cleaned. If you need a clean towel before the next scheduled cleaning, you can get one at the reception. ##### Can I store my bicycle at Hotel CABINN? Yes. There is a bicycle storage room in the basement where you can store your bicycle. Bicycle parking is also available behind the hotel. ##### Can I bring my belongings with me to Hotel CABINN? Yes, you can bring your personal belongings with you to Hotel CABINN. If you are bringing larger items and are unsure whether there will be enough space in your room, you are welcome to contact AAB Vejle during our opening hours. We will then look into whether an alternative storage solution is needed. Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available at Hotel CABINN. You will receive information about how to access it at the reception. ##### When is free breakfast served? Breakfast is included throughout your stay at Hotel CABINN. Weekdays: 6:00 am–10:00 am Weekends: 7:30 am–10:30 am ##### Do I have to pay rent while I am staying at Hotel CABINN? Yes. Your temporary stay at Hotel CABINN is considered temporary rehousing, so you must continue to pay rent for your apartment at NOVA Living. AAB Vejle will pay for your stay at Hotel CABINN, including breakfast. In addition, you will receive a food allowance of DKK 100 per day for as long as you are temporarily staying at the hotel. * * * ### Everyday life ##### Where can I cook, spend time and do my laundry? You will have access to STUEN at Bomuldsspinderierne, one of AAB Vejle’s other student housing communities. STUEN is a shared common area where you can meet other students, relax or study. AAB Vejle will provide you with DKK 100 per day for food during the period in which you are temporarily staying at Hotel CABINN. The money will be paid in advance for two weeks at a time. For us to transfer the money to you, you need to send us your bank account details by using [this form](https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/XG3THSBK24 "this form") (we also sent you a link to the form in our recent mail). Once you have received a Danish CPR number and opened a Danish bank account, please also send us these details so that future payments can be made as easily as possible. ##### Where can I receive parcels? If you order parcels while staying at Hotel CABINN, please choose delivery to a parcel locker or a parcel collection point. ##### Who should I contact if I have questions? You have already paid the rent for September 2026 together with your deposit. The payment request for October 2026 will be sent to you by email at the end of September and must be paid no later than 1 October 2026. * * * ### NOVA Living ##### Is my rental agreement for NOVA Living still valid? Yes. Under Danish law, your rental agreement for your apartment at NOVA Living remains valid while you are temporarily staying at Hotel CABINN. You will, of course, still get the apartment at NOVA Living that you have signed a rental agreement for. Until your apartment is ready, AAB Vejle has arranged temporary accommodation for you at Hotel CABINN. ##### When can I move into NOVA Living? We expect that you will be able to move into your apartment at NOVA Living no later than 17 October 2026. However, we hope that the apartments will be ready sooner. We are monitoring the construction closely and will let you know as soon as we know the final move-in date. ##### How will I move my belongings to NOVA Living when my apartment is ready? When your apartment at NOVA Living is ready, AAB Vejle will arrange assistance with moving your belongings from Hotel CABINN to NOVA Living. AAB Vejle will provide you with more information about the move once we know the final date for when you can move into NOVA Living. ##### What happens if my apartment is not ready by 17 October?
